Position Overview:
Design and manage Databricks data engineering solutions, including pipelines, data models, analytics, and Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize Databricks pipelines, Delta Lake tables, and workflows.
• Develop data solutions for quotas, commissions, attainment, and payout processing.
• Translate SIC rules into accurate data models and transformations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Operations, IT, and BI teams.
• Troubleshoot, test, document, and optimize data pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years of data engineering experience.
• 3+ years of Databricks experience.
• Databricks.
• Delta Lake.
• Delta Live Tables.
• Unity Catalog.
• Python/Scala.
• SQL.
• ETL/ELT.
• Cloud platforms.
• SIC experience.
• Experience with Anaplan, Oracle ICM, or Varicent is highly preferred.
• Strong data architecture skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
